Nature of Services

Street Smart Private Advisory and Alexandra St. James provide general informational, educational, conversational and personal-development services. Services are not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, crisis counseling, medical care, legal representation, legal advice, financial advice or another licensed professional service.

No Professional Relationship

Purchasing or attending a session does not create an attorney-client, therapist-client, physician-patient, fiduciary or other licensed professional relationship. No result is promised or guaranteed.

Payment and Scheduling

Payment is required before scheduling. A requested appointment is not confirmed until written confirmation is provided. Session availability may vary.

Rescheduling, Lateness and Missed Sessions

One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled end time. Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

Refunds

Except where required by law, sales are final once booking access, intake review, preparation or the session has begun.

Conduct

Threatening, harassing, abusive, sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of a session without refund.

Emergencies

This service is not an emergency or crisis resource. Anyone in immediate danger should contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline when appropriate.

Use of an Alias

Alexandra St. James is a public-facing professional name. Business, payment, tax and legally required records may identify the underlying legal person or business entity.
