Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales final

Because access, scheduling, preparation and reserved time have value, purchases are generally nonrefundable once booking access has been delivered, preparation has begun or the session time has been reserved.

Rescheduling

One reschedule may be requested with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. A request made with less than 24 hours’ notice may require a new purchase.

Late arrival

Sessions end at the originally scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the appointment or reduce the price.

Missed sessions

No-shows and missed appointments are nonrefundable. A new booking and payment may be required.

Provider cancellation

If Street Smart Private Advisory must cancel, the client will be offered a reasonable rescheduling option or another remedy determined appropriate under the circumstances.
