Client Agreement

Nature of services

Street Smart Private Advisory provides general informational, educational, conversational and personal-development services. Sessions may include perspective, pattern recognition, communication planning and decision-support discussions.

No professional relationship

Purchasing or attending a session does not create an attorney-client, therapist-client, physician-patient, fiduciary or other licensed professional relationship. The service does not provide legal, medical, mental-health, financial or emergency advice.

Client responsibility

You remain solely responsible for your choices, communications, safety planning and actions. No specific result is promised or guaranteed.

Payment and scheduling

Payment is required before scheduling. A session is confirmed only through the designated booking system. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and joining on time.

Conduct

Abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory or sexually inappropriate conduct may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Acceptance

By purchasing, scheduling or attending a session, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted this agreement, the Terms & Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
