Privacy is central to the service, but it is not absolute.

Discretion

Reasonable steps are used to keep client communications and session information private. Information is not intentionally sold or publicly disclosed.

Limits

Confidentiality may be limited when disclosure is required by law, court order, valid legal process, payment processing, platform operation, fraud prevention, safety concerns or protection of rights and property.

No legal privilege

Communications are not protected by attorney-client privilege, psychotherapist-patient privilege or another professional evidentiary privilege.

Your responsibility

Use a private location and device. Do not submit passwords, government identification numbers, banking credentials, detailed medical records or third-party information you are not authorized to share.

Recordings

No session may be recorded, streamed, transcribed or redistributed without advance written consent from all participants.
